About the Provider

 

Hi! My name is Emily Strickler, and I am a licensed family childcare provider in Faribault, Minnesota. My husband, Tyler, and I have three children: Jillian (8), Amelia (5), and Callahan (4). Our family also includes our dog, Ajax, a 9-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix who loves people and children—especially when they stop to give him some extra pets!

 

When I'm not caring for children, my husband and I enjoy motorcycle rides and kayaking. As a family, we love spending time together watching movies, playing in our backyard or at the park, canoeing, traveling, and relaxing around a campfire.

 

I have been providing licensed in-home childcare since 2022. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I strive to support each child's physical, emotional, and social development while encouraging curiosity, creativity, independence, and plenty of fun along the way.

 

I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and positive relationships. It is a privilege to be part of each child's early years and to partner with families in helping their children grow and succeed.
